Children's Privacy Notice

Our commitments to children

• No advertising of any kind. No ad networks, no sponsored content, no product placement.
• No selling or sharing of children's personal information for marketing.
• No public profiles, no public leaderboards, no follower counts, no streak-shaming.
• No open chat with strangers. Conversations are with Iris and the Crazy Crew — AI companions — not with unknown adults.
• No dark patterns, no gambling-style reward loops, no purchase pressure.

What a child account holds

• Email address (for sign-in and account recovery) and a password.
• Display name — a first name or nickname is enough; we never ask for a full legal name.
• Learning progress, badges, and role growth.
• Journal entries and reflections the child chooses to write.
• Accessibility and audio preferences.

We never ask a child for a home address, phone number, school name, photograph of themselves, or any government identifier.

Parental and guardian rights

• Review the personal information we hold about your child.
• Request a full export of your child's content and progress.
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your child's account and data — we will do it and confirm when it is done.
• Withdraw consent for any optional feature at any time.

Email eyecreatellc@outlook.com from an address associated with the account, or include enough detail for us to verify the relationship safely. We will not hand over a child's data to someone we cannot verify.

If we learn a child signed up without permission

If a parent or guardian tells us that a child created an account without their consent, we will either obtain consent or delete the account and its data promptly, at the parent's choice.

AI and children

Iris speaks to children through a tone system that forbids shaming, sarcasm, and pressure. Content is filtered for kindness before it is shown. AI can still be wrong, so we encourage adults to stay curious alongside their children rather than treating Iris as an authority.

Schools and organizations

If your school or organization needs a data processing agreement, a records-retention schedule, or a review of what we store, write to us and we will work through it with you.
