The agreement between you and EyeCreate.

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and EyeCreate LLC, a company based in Indiana, USA. By creating an account or using EyeCreate, you agree to them.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.
Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your password private.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
- One person per account. Family members and students should each have their own.
Acceptable behavior
- Be kind. EyeCreate is a learning space shared with children.
- No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or sexual content involving minors.
- No attempts to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
- No uploading malware, or content you do not have the right to share.
- No using EyeCreate to impersonate another person or organization.

Intellectual property
EyeCreate, Life Paths™, the EyeCreate engines, Iris and the Crazy Crew characters, and the written, visual, and audio content we produce are owned by EyeCreate LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may use them for personal, family, classroom, or organizational learning within the app. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute our content, or use it to train a competing model or product, without written permission.
Content you create
You keep ownership of the journal entries, reflections, and other content you create. You grant us only the limited permission we need to store it, display it back to you, and process it to run the features you use.
We do not claim ownership of your work, and we do not publish it.
AI-generated content
Iris and the Crazy Crew are powered by AI. Their responses can be imperfect, incomplete, or wrong. Treat them as a thoughtful companion, not an authority. See our AI Transparency Statement.
Educational purpose and disclaimers
- All content is provided for learning and exploration.
- Historical and cultural content may present multiple scholarly perspectives, and we label what is documented, what is tradition, and what is still debated.
- Faith content is offered for study and reflection, not as doctrinal instruction on behalf of any institution.
- Financial content is educational and is not personalized financial, investment, or tax advice.
- Health and wellbeing content is educational and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Account termination
- You may delete your account at any time, for any reason.
- We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, harms other learners, or puts the service at risk.
- Where it is reasonable and safe to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond or to export your data.
Service availability
We work hard to keep EyeCreate running, but we provide the service “as is” and cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and some may be retired.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EyeCreate LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of EyeCreate. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Updates to these terms
If we change these terms materially, we will update the effective date and notify you in the app. Continuing to use EyeCreate after a change means you accept the updated terms.
